A two hour introduction to Scrum, helping you to better understand how (and if) Scrum fits into your organization and how it will affect both your company and the people working there.
Scrum for Team Members
This one-day course will cover the Scrum methodology using presentations, discussions, brainstorming and role-play. Participants will gain a hands-on understanding of Scrum and why it works.
The goals of this course are:
To reach an understanding and hands on knowledge of the Scrum process. Preferably using the customer's own application or system.
To be able to work effectively in a Scrum team from day one.
A sprint comparing with customer's own current prio list.
Better understanding of process and what to do next.
